Anyone above two years old can consume chyawanprash . The ideal time to consume chyawanprash is in the morning with warm milk. Chyawanprash offers excellent benefits like controlling blood pressure and cholesterol, improving digestion and eliminating toxins, protection against viral infections, boosting energy and concentration power.
Chyawanprash – Herbal Amlaki Jam is made of Indian Gooseberry (Amla) and various other immune-boosting ingredients like: 

Indian Gooseberry (Amlaki)
