- Pour 8 oz of freshly boiled water over a tea bag in a cup and infuse for 3 or more minutes.
- Add milk and dairy substitute and a sweetener if desired.

- Iced Tea: Pour 2 cups of boiling water over 8 tea bags and steep for 20 minutes.
